Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from this store. The Orelia Luma™ is intended for cosmetic use by adults.

Products and pricing

We try to describe and photograph our product accurately, but colours on screen and packaging can vary. Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel and refund an order placed at an incorrect price.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel any order — for example where the item is unavailable, the payment is declined, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, you get a full refund.

Health and safety notice

The Orelia Luma™ is a cosmetic LED device. It is not a medical device and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. Statements on this site describe the appearance of skin, not a medical outcome, and individual results vary.

Keep your eyes closed during use. Do not use the device if you are pregnant, prone to seizures, taking photosensitising medication, or being treated for a skin condition, without first speaking to your doctor. Stop use and consult a professional if irritation occurs.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, layout, the Orelia name and logo — belongs to Orelia or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

Reviews and submissions

If you send us a review, photo or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use it in our marketing. You confirm it is your own genuine experience.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orelia is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site or the product. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid for the product.
