Where we ship
Orelia ships within the United States only. We do not currently ship internationally.
Where orders ship from
Orelia is run from Texas, but orders ship from our fulfilment partner's warehouse, not from Texas. That is why Free Standard Shipping takes 5–12 business days. If you need it sooner, choose Express for $5.
Processing time
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday are processed the next business day.
Delivery time and cost
- Free Standard Shipping, free on every order. Typically arrives 5–12 business days after dispatch, with tracking.
- Express Insured Shipping, $5. Typically arrives 2–5 business days after dispatch, with tracking.
Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather and peak periods can add time.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. You can also use the Track Order page at tryorelia.com/pages/track-order.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel is lost, stolen or arrives damaged, email support@tryorelia.com with your order number and a photo where relevant. We open the claim with the carrier for you and replace or refund your order once it's settled. There are no other shipping fees or add-ons.
Wrong address
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned because the address was incorrect or undeliverable, we'll refund the order less any shipping cost we incurred, or reship it once you confirm a corrected address.
